Before we got Atari, we knew that we wanted to be able to transport him safely in our car. If a dog is not safely buckled in, they risk getting hurt from car impact during a car accident or can get hurt from an air bag. This also help us give Atari is own space in the car and to prevent distractions happening for ourselves.
The first thing we did was find a seat cover to protect our seats from his scratches and to minimize the amount of dog hair in the car.
We wanted a seat cover that had sides as well so that those parts of our car couldn’t be damaged. These seat covers also come with pockets where we can store his leash and a complementary seatbelt that we buckle in and attach to his harness.
